Sherpa Eco Adventure is led by Founder and Managing Director Govinda Gurung (Yokel), an experienced trekking guide actively involved in Himalayan trekking and company leadership. The company is supported by Phincho Sherpa, who serves as a Supporting Director of the company, contributing to overall coordination and development.
Suman Gurung manages the office along with marketing and operations, playing a key role in daily administrative and field coordination. In the administrative and finance department, Lhakpa Kanchhi Sherpa oversees admin and financial management, ensuring smooth internal operations.
The guiding and field team includes experienced members such as Riwaj Nakarmi, Sanjeet Thakur, Anand Tamang, and Iris, who actively support trekking, climbing, and client services. Together, the Sherpa Eco Adventure team delivers safe, professional, and eco-friendly Himalayan adventure experiences built on strong local expertise and hands-on field experience.
